ECI Atomic - Downloading an Atomic Catalogue
Collecting the Catalogue
- Using your web browser, navigate to http://www.atomicdms.net.
- From the upper left part of the page, log in using your username and password.
Note:
If you do not have a login for the site, create a guest account before contacting Support. If you have a login, but have forgotten your password, please contact Support.
- In the left hand menu, click Download Catalogue Data.
- In the Back Office System list, click Atomic Horizon Standard Catalogue Import. If you cannot see Atomic Horizon Standard Catalogue Import, then raise a ticket with
Horizon Support.
- In the Catalogues Available for you to Download list, select one catalogue, scrolling down if necessary, and click Include. The catalogue moves to right hand list. Click Next.
- Select I have read and agree with the terms and conditions then click Next.
Note: The site reports that Supplier Cost Prices and Wholesaler terms will be included in the file. There is a known issue with this feature, and you will have to import a terms file after importing the catalogue.
- An AtomicData.zip file is downloaded to the downloads folder used by your browser. You may need to click Save.

Chrome
Press CTRL+J. chrome://downloads will open in a new tab. Click AtomicData.zip.

Firefox
The Opening AtomicData.zip window is displayed. Select the Save File option and click OK. Press CTRL+J. The Library window opens displaying Downloads. Double-click the AtomicData.zip file.

Internet Explorer
An Internet Explorer window opens asking What do you want to do with AtomicData.zip. Click Save. A notification is displayed at the bottom of the window when the download has completed. Click View Downloads, or press CTRL+J.

Microsoft Edge
A notification is displayed at the bottom of the window when the download has completed. Click View Downloads, or press CTRL+J. Click AtomicData.zip.
- The Compressed Folder Tools File Explorer window opens displaying the MAIN.csv file.
- Click Extract all. The Extract Compresses (Zipped) Folders window opens.
- Click Browse… and select a destination for your file that can be accessed by Horizon. For HorizonCloud, this should be a location that can be accessed with tsclient. Click OK.
- Click Extract.
The file is now ready to be imported into Horizon.
